Please note:

• Size - 75 cm x 100 cm
• 60% polyester and 40% cotton
• Please upload a clear photo where the face can clearly be seen, this will be cut out and printed
• Wash on a cold wash to avoid images fading
• Dark coloured pets and dark photographs will not show up as well when printing, please be warned to use an image with the most light possible
• If you upload a dark image it may be lightened during the printing process to increase image quality
• This item will be personalised exactly as you have written so please double check spelling, punctuation and use of capital letters
• Personalised products can only be returned if they are faulty
• Do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this
• Due to the font type used please do not use all capitals in your personalised message, or the personalisation will be very difficult to read
