This Personalised Heart & Tag Charm Necklace is a simple but stunning piece that can be customised to make it extra special to whoever will be receiving it, whether it be your other half, another family member, a special friend, someone who has helped you out or maybe you just want to treat yourself and have something hand stamped on the necklace that means something to only you!

The necklace consists of three parts, a 925 sterling silver 18'' standard chain, heart charm and silver tag.

The little heart charm can be hand stamped with an initial of your choice and the silver tag can be personalised with up to three characters (choose from a clear or black text finish).

You could have a short name, sentiment, initials or a word/letters that mean something to only you or someone else!
