We'll carefully hand-stamp your personalisation on the pendant and package your necklace in a luxurious gift box, ready to make her feel like the queen she is!

• This item will be personalised exactly as you have written so please double check spelling, punctuation and use of capital letters
• Personalised products can only be returned if they are faulty
• Do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this
• Due to the font type used please do not use all capitals in your personalised message, or the personalisation will be very difficult to read
• We can only stamp the Roman alphabet in the upper case font shown in the product images
• Black finish gives a bolder, easy to read look, whereas clear finish gives a more subtle look
• The 'black finish' is achieved by applying a specialist black paste that leaves the text with black fill
• Black finish can fade over time
• We suggest that if you want to prolong this finish on your jewellery, it is advisable to not expose it to perfume, chlorine, cosmetics and body lotions
• Humidity and body oils may also affect black finish
• Gold plated items are compliant with the Assay nickel release test, therefore they are suitable for those with nickel allergies.
