Service Status:

  • Our incredible customer service department is working remotely, but they're still on hand to help with any queries or issues you might have!
  • Our warehouse is open and fulfilling orders. Our hard-working staff are on split shifts in order to observe social distancing and keep them safe.
  • The courier service Hermes are experiencing some delays to the normal service, please allow extra time for delivery
  • The courier service Yodel is fully operational, with no delays
  • Royal Mail are experiencing some delays to the normal service, please allow extra time for delivery
  • The courier service DPD is operating as normal, with no delays
  • There is unfortunately some disruption to the normal service on international orders, so please check shipping times at the checkout for more information

Some of our gifts are shipped directly from the supplier straight to your door, rather than from Prezzybox's warehouse. To ensure we only display gifts that are available, we are in regular contact with each of our suppliers. Some have made decisions based on the circumstances to reduce staff numbers to ensure social distancing, or to close for a period of time. We will update the website with this information as soon as we possibly can to ensure that we are only offering available products.

Please be aware that, as you might expect, there may be slight delays in delivery times. Any delivery times listed on the site are estimated and unfortunately not guaranteed. However, please rest assured that we are doing as much as we can to continue supplying the nation with some amazing gifts, despite the uncertain times.

All Prezzybox employees are staying safe by working from home, and we don't foresee any major disruption to business as usual as a result. We often hold video meetups to keep our team's morale high and we also check staff wellbeing very regularly.

This is, of course, a deeply worrying time for many small businesses. We are constantly monitoring the developing situation, and adhering to any and all advice and guidelines offered by the UK Government. We will continue to act in a way that keeps our incredible team, our hard-working suppliers, and you, our brilliant customers, safe.

FAQs

Can I still order with Prezzybox?
Yes. Online stores have not been given any advice or recommendation to close. We will continue taking and shipping orders until this changes.


How are you protecting your staff and customers?
Our staff are now fully remote, working from the safety of their homes. Our couriers have implemented a number of changes to ensure that deliveries are as safe as they can be for drivers, and customers. Hermes, for example, have asked customers to choose a safe place for a contact-free delivery.


Will my order still arrive on time?
We are doing our best to ensure that all orders are received in a timely manner. However in these uncertain times we ask for your patience and compassion when deliveries may take slightly longer than expected.
Delivery dates are provided as estimates only, not guarantees. In the event of any delays, we will do our best to notify you.
