Order Information
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. All you need to do is:
  • Find a product(s) you like.
  • Add them to your cart by clicking the add to cart button and when you’ve finished go to the cart.
  • Click on the Check out button and fill in your details accordingly. Be sure to put your details in accurately, taking particular care to use 0 as zero or the letter O correctly.
  • Once you’ve finished you’ll receive an order number and notification of your order via email.
How can I pay for my items? Do you accept any other payment methods?
You can pay for your order with all major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express). Alternatively, you can pay by cheque. Contact a member of our Customer Services team on 0870 1221 007 or customerservices@prezzybox.com and they shall guide you through paying by cheque.

Can I change my order?
Yes. Contact a member of our Customer Services team on 0870 1221 007 and they shall guide you through this.

Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order has not been despatched then you can cancel an order. Contact a member of our Customer Services team on 0870 1221 007 and they shall guide you through doing this. If the order has been despatched then you shall have to wait until the order arrives and send it back to us at your expense.

Do I need to be registered with you to place an order?
No. You can place an order on Prezzybox if you are not a registered user. The benefit of being a registered user is that you can save your contacts details and therefore ordering can be quicker.

Where is my order? Can I track my order?
When you order has been despatched you shall be sent an email with your tracking details. If you have not received this then you can Click Here to go to our order tracking page, or contact a member of our Customer Services team on customerservices@prezzybox.com and we shall be able to track it for you.

How do I use a promotional voucher code?
If you have a promotional code simply enter it into the box on the Shopping Cart entitled “Add a Voucher” and click “use voucher”.

I forgot to use my voucher code. What can I do?
Unfortunately if you have not added your promotional code at the time of purchase then you will need to use it on a future order.

Do you gift wrap?
No. We don’t offer a gift wrapping service at this moment in time.

Can I add a message to my order?
Yes. If your order is being despatched to an alternative address then you have the option to place a message with the order. The message box is below the delivery address.

Do you offer discount for corporate purchases and bulk buying?

Delivery Information
When will my order be delivered?
Every product on Prezzybox has the despatch time displayed clearly on it. Please note that this is the time in which the product will be despatched. It is also displayed in working days. So if the product says 2-3 days despatch it will be despatched within 2-3 working days. This is not the time in which the item will arrive.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order does not arrive then you can track it with the despatch email you have received. If you have not received this email then please feel free to contact a member of our Customer Services team on customerservices@prezzybox.com and we shall be glad to assist.

What if only part of my order has arrived?
Some of our items are despatched direct from the manufacturers. It is possible therefore that some items shall arrive separately. Please check your invoice for despatch times. If you would like to query this please contact a member of our Customer Services team on customerservices@prezzybox.com.

I have received the wrong items. What shall I do?
Contact a member of our Customer Services by email customerservices@prezzybox.com and they shall arrange to have the incorrect item sent back to Prezzybox and the correct item sent out to you.

What is your delivery cost?
For UK mainland delivery, the charge is just £3.95 for all orders no matter how big! There are exceptions to this. For further details please check our delivery page by clicking here.

I’m not likely to be in when I place my order. What should I do?
If the item is likely to fit through your letter box then there is no problem. However if the order is too big for your letterbox or needs to be signed then:
  • Somebody must be in to sign for the item; or
  • If there is nobody in to sign for the parcel. The courier will take the parcel back to your local depot. A card will be left with the depot details and the consignment number. Redelivery can then be arranged by calling the depot or the parcel can be collected in person; or
  • Alternatively, if there is nobody in then you can sign a piece of paper and leave instructions on it for the courier such as “please leave it next door”. The couriers will then take this away as their proof of signature. The items are left at your own risk.
Do you offer Worldwide Delivery?
Not yet, although we plan to be able to deliver into Europe and the United States by the end of 2009.

Are there any places where you don’t deliver? Or delivery might take longer?
We don’t’ currently deliver outside of the UK, However we are looking to deliver into Europe and the United States later this year. Delivery sometimes takes a little longer to UK Islands (such as the Isle of Scilly etc). For further information please check out our delivery page.

How can I get a VAT receipt for my order?
You will be emailed a VAT receipt as soon as you place an order on the website. Also you have the option to print one out once you have completed your order.

Do you deliver to BFPO Addresses?
Yes – although it can sometimes cause problems. The primary reason is that only certain couriers can deliver to BFPO addresses. The best thing to do if you have a query is contact a member of our Customer Services team on customerservices@prezzybox.com and we will be happy to assist.

Returns Information
I need to return an item. What is your returns policy?

Where should I send my return back?
If you email us at returns@prezzybox.com stating the item you wish to return and your order number, we will issue you with a returns number and give you the correct returns address. Some items may have a different return address to the head office address.

Can you confirm that you have received my return?
No. We don’t confirm that we have received your return. However, we aim to refund products within 3 working days of their arrival, so if you have any queries as to the whereabouts of your product or your return, please don’t hesitate to contact a member of our Customer Services team on customerservices@prezzybox.com.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
We aim to refund products within 3 working days of their arrival. However, some refunds may take longer than 3 days.

Do I have to pay to send the return back to Prezzybox?
If your order is not faulty then you will need to pay for the return. If, however, you have received a faulty product we shall pay you a reasonable* amount for the return of the product.

*Please note that by reasonable we mean an amount equitable to the amount we would pay to send the item out. If you are excessive with the manner in which you send back the product and we deem that you have spent too much money then we shall refund you the lesser amount.

My order has a faulty item. What should I do?
If your item is faulty then please email us at returns@prezzybox.com stating how the item is faulty and your order number. We will then issue a returns number and give you the correct returns address. Some items may have a different return address to the head office address. We will then arrange a collection of the item or ask you return it yourself then reimburse the cost of the return.

When is your Customer Services Dept open?
Our Customer Services Department is open between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You can, email our Customer Services Department at any time of the day on customerservices@prezzybox.com and we’ll answer your query as soon as possible. We endeavour this to be within 1 working day.

You haven’t replied to my query. What shall I do?
Well. If it’s over the weekend, that’s because we are not at work. During the week we aim to answer all queries within 24 hours. This may not always be possible during busy periods of the year such as Christmas. If you could give us some time during the working day to answer your query then that would be much appreciated.

Is shopping safe with Prezzybox.com online?

Do I have to order online?
No. You can order online, but you can order over the phone or via post. To order over the phone call a member of our Customer Services team on 0870 1221 007. Alternatively click here to print off one of our order forms and post it to Prezzybox.com with a cheque payment for the full amount including delivery.

Why is the site not displaying properly?
This could be for a number of reasons. It may be that you have a problem, but likewise it may be that there is a problem with the website itself. If you have any queries please contact a member of our Customer Services team on 0870 1221 007 or email them on customerservices@prezzybox.com and they will be glad to assist. If needs be they will transfer you to a member of our technical team.
